Huntsville, AL

Traveled to Huntsville, AL for my 18th marathon. Found a very budget friendly marathon and this made for my 10th state. Now I can join the 50 in 50 club if I so wish. Anyway, Huntsville is also known as Rocket City and has played a big role in space exploration. The marathon was on Saturday morning but we stayed through Sunday so we could go to the U.S. Space and Rocket Center.

Clara and mommy before the marathon. Way to early in the morning to be awake, Clara says.

Cuddling with Papa before heading to bed on Saturday night.

At the Space and Rocket Center: playing in a make shift space shuttle, rock climbing, and posing with mommy in front of a life size model of a space shuttle.

We drove. It took about 9 hours or a little longer. We stopped a few times both going out and coming home. Was a little rough because Clara would not fall asleep. It felt good to finally be home after the trip.
